Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes. We handle urgent faults (power loss, tripping, burning smells, etc.). Call us and we’ll give you the earliest arrival time based on your location.
Are your electricians qualified and insured?
All work is carried out by qualified, insured electricians. Where required, we issue certificates for completed work (e.g., installation or inspection reports).
How do you price jobs—can I get a free quote?
Absolutely. We’ll do a quick survey (photos or site visit), then provide a fixed-price quote. Small jobs can be hourly; any call-out/minimums are explained upfront—no surprises.
How often should I book testing (PAT/EICR)?
PAT: depends on risk and equipment use; many workplaces do it annually.
EICR (wiring inspection): typically every 5–10 years for homes or on change of occupancy; many rented properties require at least every 5 years—check local regulations.
How long will CCTV/Alarm installation take—will it be messy?
A small system (e.g., 2–4 cameras or a standard alarm) is usually done in 1 day. We use neat cable runs, protect surfaces, and tidy up before we leave.
